Lotions or tonics are used after cleaning the face to tonify and prepare the skin for the next step : the application of the cream. Natural tonics are really useful for the health and youth of the skin. They do not contain any alcool or agressive perfumes who can ''disturb'' the skin instead of giving it a calming and softning sensation. Most of the time, I only use rose water on my face and it's amazing how my skin is soft and luminescent.

Natural alternative to teeth products

Last time I told you that I would give you tips and tricks to get shiny and luminescent teeths... You have probably seen on television or in magazines those publicities about whitening stripes or whitening gels. Well, I dont believe them. Maybe they whiten the teeths after 2 weeks or a month...but they are also suspected of degrading their enamel... as well as putting loads of chemical products in your mouth! Take for exemple, the pre-brush whitening treatment from a wel known popular brand. Take a look at the ingredients list : aqua, alcool, hydrogen peroxide, sodium phosphate, poloxamer 407, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium citrate, eucalyptol, menthol, sodium saccharin, sucralose, aroma. Hmm...I'm not a chemist, and I don't know all the possible laboratory ingredients, but, if I check this list, I don't feel like putting peroxide or other wird name *407 in my mouth !
